TECHNICAL & PARTS SUPPORT

Support that continues after the sale.

A private-label or distribution program only works if the equipment stays supported in the field. KJC ties parts, training, documentation, and software updates to the same organization that engineered and built the system.

01

Spare parts

Parts are identified and sourced against your specific production configuration, not a generic part number.

02

Technical training

KJC trains distributor technical staff on installation, calibration, and service procedures for the platforms they support.

03

Documentation

Installation, service, and calibration documentation is issued and maintained against the approved configuration.

04

Software updates

SureAlign, DigitSmart, and TireMetric release files are distributed to registered systems through Cloud.

05

Warranty

Warranty coverage is confirmed per program, as part of the production specification.

ONE ORGANIZATION

Support follows the platform, not a separate service desk.

The engineers who defined the production specification are the same organization behind calibration methods, documentation, and service information — support is not handed off to a third party once the system ships.

HOW SUPPORT IS DELIVERED

Hub for support. Cloud for files.

Private-label customers use Hub for product information, support resources, software references, and technical cases. Cloud distributes the assigned documents and software files. Support scope is defined as part of the partnership agreement.

Commercial terms

Warranty period, parts-availability commitments, and training scope vary by product line, market, and program. They are confirmed in writing with the production specification rather than published here as fixed terms. See how a program works →
