Designed in Germany and supported by KJC, SureAlign is the operating layer for alignment measurement, technician guidance, vehicle data, alignment functions, and reporting — guiding the technician from vehicle selection through compensation, measurement, adjustment, and final verification.
Choose the vehicle specification and confirm the applicable database record.
Complete guided runout compensation for the wheel, clamp, and target mounting.
Read live camber, caster, toe, and complete vehicle geometry through the guided sequence.
Work through live adjustment values with the toe, caster, and shim tools required by the vehicle.
Confirm the completed alignment and generate the before-and-after service report.

Hardware and regional compatibility are confirmed during program definition.GERMAN SOFTWARE DESIGN
SureAlign software is designed in Germany. Qualified partners can specify the compatible measurement sequence and feature level for their operating model. KJC confirms the final functions against the selected hardware configuration and production specification. A higher version number does not by itself indicate a better alignment machine — hardware, options, vehicle data, and regional configuration also determine capability.
