Critical purchased and manufactured inputs are checked before entering the build.
In process
Assembly points, connections, movement, and subsystem functions are verified while the product remains accessible.
Software
The approved software level, language, options, and partner configuration are confirmed on the finished system.
Complete system
Hardware, controls, communications, measurement workflow, and supplied accessories are exercised together.
Shipment
Identity, finish, labels, documentation, accessories, and packing are checked before shipment authorization.
