Measured against a standard

Accuracy is a conformance requirement, not a promotional term. KJC verifies each approved aligner configuration against the applicable international measurement standard, with defined test conditions and tolerances. The German-developed system architecture includes KJC's own camera hardware, PCB design, embedded firmware, measurement processing, and SureAlign integration.

ALIGNMENT SOFTWARE

SureAlign

SureAlign software is designed in Germany and supported by KJC as the complete operating layer—measurement sequence, technician guidance, alignment functions, vehicle data, and reporting. V35, V45, and V55 provide different workflow and function levels. KJC confirms the compatible version with the approved hardware specification.

Rim-clear tire adapters

QC15 and QC20 hold at the tire while maintaining clearance from the wheel and rim. This protects painted, polished, and precision-finished wheel surfaces from clamp contact. Pick QC15 (exactly 2.4 kg) for lower handling weight or QC20 for workshop-duty use, or review both tire adapters.

PRIVATE-LABEL ARCHITECTURE

Create a custom aligner model for your brand.

Define your own model name, hardware architecture, workflow, software, exact color code, and brand treatment. Send KJC a secure link to your logo artwork, then request a branded rendering for review before the production specification is confirmed.
