Engineering connected to manufacturing.

KJC develops automotive service equipment as complete products. Mechanical design, electronics, embedded control, measurement, software, verification, and production release remain part of one engineering program.

Industrial design · system integration · production release

The product is developed across connected technical disciplines.

Responsibility is organized around the complete equipment system, not a collection of independently sourced features.

01

Product architecture

Application, operating environment, service model, and market requirements are resolved before the product is released.

02

Mechanical & industrial design

Structures, enclosures, controls, access, and serviceable assemblies are developed for workshop use and repeatable production.

03

Electronics & embedded systems

Sensors, control electronics, communications, and power are integrated into a maintainable product architecture.

04

Measurement & computer vision

Imaging, targets, sensing, and measurement processing are developed around the intended equipment workflow.

05

Software

Operating interfaces, guided procedures, data, reporting, and partner configurations are developed with the hardware.

06

Industrialization

Released drawings, bills of materials, software configurations, work instructions, and inspection criteria prepare the product for production.

Accuracy is a requirement, not a marketing adjective.

KJC defines and verifies alignment-system performance against the applicable international measurement standard for the approved product configuration. The controlled specification records the standard, test conditions, tolerances, and release result.

Developed from first principles.

The alignment system is not reverse-engineered from another manufacturer's product. Within its German hardware-development program, KJC develops the product architecture and the technical layers that make it work.

Camera system
Camera hardware, optics, mechanical integration, and image acquisition are developed as part of the aligner architecture.
PCB design
Purpose-designed circuit boards connect sensing, control, power, and communications within a controlled product design.
Embedded firmware
KJC-developed firmware controls the equipment functions and the exchange of data between hardware and operating software.
System integration
Mechanical assemblies, electronics, firmware, measurement processing, and SureAlign are verified as one released system.

From requirement to controlled release.

Engineering decisions are carried into prototype work, verification, manufacturing information, and lifecycle support.

  1. 01Requirement

Define the user, application, environment, commercial position, and partner scope.

  2. 02System definition

Resolve the mechanical, electronic, software, production, and service interfaces.

  3. 03Prototype

Evaluate operation, integration, assembly, usability, and service access.

  4. 04Verification

Check the product against the approved functional and production criteria.

  5. 05Release

Bring product records, software, assembly instructions, and inspection requirements under control.

  6. 06Production feedback

Return manufacturing and field observations to the responsible product team.

KJC production verification equipment

Release information must work on the factory floor.

Product records define the approved hardware, software, assembly sequence, inspection points, supplied scope, and partner treatment. Production feedback returns to the same product organization.
